¼ cup full fat yogurt

 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ tablespoon coconut oil or MCT Oil

¼ cup frozen blueberries

1 scoop isopure protein powder 

1 cup Ice


Instructions

Another great thing about smoothies is how easy they are to make and this recipe is no exception. 

 

Add all ingredients except for the ice to a blender and blend well. Once all ingredients are well blended, add the ice a little at a time until you have reached your desired consistency.
