If you love Wendy’s chocolate frosty you’ve gotta try this. It is by far, one of the easiest recipes to make. Not only that, it tastes just like the original Wendy’s chocolate frosty.
This recipe only requires 4 ingredients. These are staple ingredients that are good to have on hand if you are on the keto diet. There is less than 4 net carbs per servings and they are still fairly large servings.
I typically have to split this into 3 servings when I make it. When you divide it into 3 servings it brings it down to 2.6 net carbs per serving.*
This is just one more great way to fulfill your sugar cravings without kicking yourself out of ketosis. If you love sweet treats you might also want to check out my recipe for Orange Creamsicle Fat Bombs. So far these are my FAVORITE keto treat.

PrintWendy’s Copycat Chocolate Frosty – Keto Style
Ingredients
1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sugar
Instructions
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine all ingredients until thoroughly combined. The mix should begin to thicken but do not over mix. The heavy whipping cream will continue thickening the longer you mix it.
Once you get a thick creamy texture, pour it in a gallon ziploc bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours. Once the mixture is “frosty” frozen, you can simply cut the corner of the ziploc bag and squeeze it into serving dishes.
Enjoy
