I absolutely love smoothies and this Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie recipe is no exception. If you aren’t a huge fan of strawberries or you just want to change things up a bit, you can easily swap out the strawberries for any fruit you would like.
This recipe tastes great with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and my personal favorite…. Huckleberries.
This is a very filling smoothie that you can use as a meal replacement or you can use to satisfy that sweet tooth. If you find that it is too sweet, you can always leave out the vanilla extract or reduce it to ¼ tsp.
This Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie has 3.5 net carbs, 25 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein. For many of us on the Keto diet, we are trying to stay under 20 carbs per day, so this still gives you quite a bit of room for other meals, especially if you are using this as a meal replacement.
I still often find myself struggling to get the needed amount of fat in per day but this one smoothie provides a large amount of fat which helps tremendously.
You can also add a low-carb protein powder to your smoothie if you are struggling to get your daily intake of protein into your diet. I have found this vanilla flavored low-carb protein powder I really like, so when I add it to my smoothies, I just leave out the vanilla extract.

Ingredients
2 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoons vanilla extract
4 medium strawberries
Instructions
It is important to make sure you are using softened cream cheese, otherwise you will not have a smooth creamy texture for your smoothie.
It is best to let your cream cheese soften at room temperature. If you are short on time, you can cut your cream cheese into small cubes and it will soften in about 15 minutes. If you do not have time to let it soften this way, you can microwave it using short 10 second intervals.
Once you have softened your cream cheese, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well adding ice as needed.
